We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Expert to join our in-house HR Systems and Processes team. This role will be responsible for the configuration, management, and optimization of various SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding, Talent and Performance Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with these modules, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Additionally, experience in reporting and analytics, particularly using SAP Analytics Cloud, will be highly advantageous.
