TEAMLEAD FINANCE (F/M/D)
YOUR TASKS
- Overall responsibility for financial accounting, controlling and financial reporting
- Preparation of monthly, half‒yearly and annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations and IFRS
- Development and monitoring of budget and investment plans, including the implementation of variance analyses (target/actual comparisons)
- Ensuring compliance with tax and financial regulations, as well as working closely with tax advisors and auditors
- Leading and developing a small team that collaborates closely with the IT Group Finance
- Supporting senior management through financial analysis and strategic recommendations
- Further development and optimization of financial processes, with a special focus on digitization and automation
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in business administration, finance or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in an international environment
- Experience in leading and developing teams
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
- Confident handling of ERP systems (preferably SAP S4HANA)
- Good knowledge of German and English (C2), both written and spoken
