OUR MISSION
As the Assistant to the CTO, you will provide effective support in day-to-day operations and contribute to the optimal coordination of our workflows.
Your key responsibilities:
- Interface with Accounting:
- Coordinate between accounting and operational departments.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and reports.
- Supply Chain Focus:
- Monitor and optimize supply chain processes.
- Procure and manage materials and resources.
- Communication Malawi/Switzerland:
- Facilitate collaboration between teams in Malawi and Switzerland.
- Organize international projects and deliveries.
- Office Management:
- Ensure a well-organized and tidy office environment.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with service providers.
WHAT YOU BRING
Requirements:
- Completed education or degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- High level of responsibility and initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and modern organizational and communication tools.
- Interest in technology and innovation.
