Close interaction with customers in the USA and Asia in order to provide customized solutions. Managing the internal interfaces to sales, quality-, account- and product managers as well as production. Development of inspection and test procedures in close cooperation with labs. Creation and maintenance of production drawings, parts lists and all technical documentation. Review and optimization of manufacturability in cooperation with the production departments and supply chain. Technical support in analyzing and solving quality problems.
