Your area of responsibility Assisting the Technical Purchasing Manager in all procurement, contract and strategy implementation activities, including some administrative tasks. Participation in strategic and long-term forecasts, identification and development of new procurement opportunities and supplier contracts. Identifying and evaluating new suppliers as needed and ensuring their timely and efficient involvement in accordance with the company's requirements and quality requirements. Analysis and reporting on trends in each category and supplier performance to support strategic decision-making. Oversee the supplier onboarding process in collaboration with the quality team and support supplier management to maintain compliance and efficiency. Fostering strong supplier relationships, ensuring effective procurement processes, timely communication, problem solving, and proactive risk and opportunity management. Coordinate with the legal team in managing and maintaining the vendor contract tracker and ensuring contract accuracy and compliance. Provide procurement expertise to support strategic global projects as needed.
