Your Responsibilities: Serve as the point of contact for employees, line managers, and employment authorities on all local HR matters, including policies, benefits, work permits, withholding taxes, time tracking, and more. Coordinate the full employee lifecycle in Switzerland: manage new starters' offers and onboarding, contract changes, leaver process administration, and exit interviews. We use Workday for these processes. Oversee the payroll process by providing all necessary and relevant data to the payroll contact each month, ensuring seamless payment of salaries and variables. Promote company culture initiatives, such as inclusion and diversity, engagement and wellbeing programs, support the annual talent and performance processes, and participate in HR projects across EMEA.
