MAIN TASKS To meet the increasing demands of our product data services, the Geberit Group is expanding the interdisciplinary Product Data Management Applications department at its headquarters in Jona with a Solution Architect. We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to strengthen our Data Logistics area, consisting of multiple development teams that are responsible for the aggregation of data from multiple sources, orchestration of data services and the delivery of data to consumers via APIs, data exchange standards and frontends. Review existing solutions and point out potentials for simplification and optimization. Help with the evaluation and integration of new technologies into the overall architecture. Ensure the consistency of workflows, technical processes, and technology across the teams. Actively educate and train the development teams in the architecture and promote the high-level vision. Consult and support the development teams where necessary, to integrate their requirements into the existing architecture. Point out synergies across multiple team requirements and facilitate their alignment. Act as Product Owner of the Cloud Engineering team to design, develop and operate a consistent set of services and infrastructure that supports the various needs within the teams. Manage the backlog and write user stories for the team to work on.
