The primary objective is to improve our systems, procedures, processes, instrument designs and workflow solutions, achieving great customer focus and delivering an outstanding customer experience with BUCHI.What makes your everyday life exciting?The key responsibilities will be to ensure excellent customer service and act as a trainer and 2nd-level supporter, be it technical or applicative. You will be the connection between customers, our sales and service centers as well as our partners, and the internal technical engineering, applicative specialists, and quality department.Furthermore, the role is actively working with operations, sourcing, testing, and the development team for Sepiatec and our Chromatography product solutions to constantly raise the bar of customer satisfaction.
