The Head of Talent and OD at VAT defines and leads the corporate Talent & Organizational Development Strategy and People Agenda globally across different divisions, departments, functions and locations. This includes programs and initiatives around Talent Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, Learning, DEI, Culture and Leadership effectiveness. Leading an evolving team of 3 HR professionals across Switzerland, Malaysia, and Romania, the individual is a thought leader with deep expertise in Talent and Organizational development, with strategic acumen, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges within high tech and manufacturing industry.
Working hand-in-hand with the executive team, senior leaders and the HR leadership team, this role focuses on driving the talent & succession agenda, organizational development, Engagement and varies HR initiatives that support VAT's significant growth and operational excellence on a global scale.
